Brute Force SEO has long been a popular solution for businesses and individuals looking to create a more efficient web presence online. Taking things one step further, Brute force RSS, an RSS blasting service, is creating this same type of improved web presence, but this time focusing on corporate blogs and learning how to reach out to new target audiences through RSS feeds. RSS feeds are an excellent way for businesses to stay in contact with not only their current and past customers, but future and potential customers as well.
Most people may falsely assume that RSS blasting service would be a bad thing, likening the RSS blasting concept to spam, but what RSS blasting is really all about is automatically submitting your blog entries to your own RSS feed, and to RSS directories as well, without requiring any effort on your part. In other words, The Brute Force RSS blasting service is only doing the same work that you would normally be doing; however it is not requiring you to lift a finger by doing all of the posting and updating for you.
Are you wondering what the benefit is to an RSS blasting service? Let us take a look at some of the advantages that come with using the Brute Force RSS.
- RSS Directories will receive automatic updates whenever your corporate blog is updated. In other words, the web will automatically be notified whenever you post a blog, saving yourself a lot of time and effort by taking a lot of the work off your hands.
- Your own RSS feed will be automatically updated any time you post a corporate blog. With your personal RSS feed being updated automatically, you can reach out to your customers, letting them find your new blog posts and other updates to your corporate blog.
The Brute Force RSS service, which is an RSS blasting or automatic RSS updating service creates a much greater sphere of influence for your corporate blog by casting a much wider net with your corporate blog and reaching out to more visitors and viewers than ever before. Many people prefer to check out RSS websites rather than actual blogs, so these viewers can have access to the information that you are posting without having to revisit your corporate blog homepage over and over again.
In other words, if you want to get the most out of your corporate blogging effort, then the best thing that you can to is to utilize services like the Brute Force RSS service to blast your RSS feed automatically to other RSS sites on the internet, because they will allow you to create a much larger sphere of influence for your corporate blog, reaching out to more customers past and present, and future visitors and customers as well.

When corporate blog owners first get started, there is a lot of pressure to focus on promoting the whole blog. While this does work, there is an easier way to get attention and increase your chances of success. By breaking down your blog promotion into actual posts, you can see better results in most cases. Let’s take a look at how this works.
First, you’ll need to find or write a post that you are really proud of. This should be a post that is absolutely stellar, makes a point or even one that could cause a little controversy. Read through all of your posts until you find that perfect one. Don’t worry if it is a little old, that doesn’t matter. If it is literally ancient, write a new post referencing it and work that old post into a new one.
Ok, so once you have found the perfect post, the chosen one, it is time to start promoting the heck out of it. You won’t be focusing on your entire corporate blog here, just that one post. Start submitting it to social bookmarking sites. Write a press release that references the post and put it on free PR sites. Find ways to make that little post stand out and get noticed.
The immediate benefit, especially if the content is evergreen, currently a hot topic, or controversial is that you’re going to see a lot of traffic to that one post. You should be linking to that actual post and not your main blog page if you want this to work. So, you’ve got people coming in to see that post, how to do you take advantage of this situation.
Before you even start, you will need to add links in that perfect post that reference other posts on your corporate blog that are somehow related. You should also be using a plugin that will display related posts at the bottom of the one that you are promoting. This will encourage readers to explore your site further.
Let’s take a look at a step by step process:
- Find the post you want to promote
- Make sure that you add links to your other content inside this post
- Make sure that you have a related posts link at the bottom of the post
- Submit the actual post page to social bookmarking sites
By following these steps, you will be able to successfully promote that solitary post and have it work for you. This is ideal for corporate blogs that may be a little on the staid or boring side. If you are focusing on serious industry news, you may not have the opportunity to write a lot of posts that will get a reader’s attention. Instead of trying to create every post that way, work on just doing one really great post and use this as leverage to attract new readers.
Once you have this technique down, you’ll be able to find other posts to promote to get the same benefits.

If you are publishing a corporate blog that has an RSS feed, and you should be, it is important to use a service that will allow you to enhance that feed and learn from it. One of the best services out there for this is Feedburner, and it can make a big difference in the way that you publish your content, and what you learn from it. Let’s take a look at just a few of the benefits that using this service can bring your corporate blog.
1. True estimate of readership.
Although your blog may have the ability to track page views, this really is not an accurate estimate of your readership. With Feedburner, you will be able to see how many people are clicking on feed links, which stories they are reading and how many subscribers you have. Tracking data is supplied on a daily basis and there are options to enhance the kind of information that is provided. When you first start your corporate blog, this is a very nice feature to have since it allows you to see if the time you are spending is worth it in terms of how quickly you gain readership.
2. One permanent feed address.
Perhaps the best benefit of using a service like Feedburner is that you get an RSS URL that will never change. Once you pick your Feedburner URL, you can redirect any of your own URL’s to it, so that your readers only have to subscribe to your feed once. If you change blogging platforms, or if you change the RSS feed, this will never actually affect your readers. This is very vital for companies since it is possible to lose hundreds of readers with one feed address change.
3. Gauging what posts work and which ones don’t.
With Feedburner, you will be able to see which particular posts are garnering the most interest. This is data that you can really use. By paying attention to these statistics, you can start publishing information that your readers want to read – and that is how blogs become successful. Sure, you may adore writing about a certain topic, but if your readers aren’t feeling it, you’re wasting your time. Use these stats to help you figure out which direction your blog needs to go in terms of the type of content you are publishing.
4. The software your readers are using.
Most blog readers use an aggregator to deliver their news, and there are many choices out there. Feedburner lets you see which ones your readers are using, and this can be beneficial when it comes to formatting and making sure that your blog is displaying properly. It can also let you know how many readers are actually just going to your website to get the blog and how many are actively using a feed to get there. This is useful information that you can use to shape the way that you publish your blog and the way your blog is designed.

Deep linking is a practice that many corporate blog owners do not practice, mainly out of fear that a reader will miss the front page of the blog, and possibly the advertising that is located there. However, deep linking, when used properly, can actually be very beneficial.
When you are considering traffic to your blog, it is vital to look beyond just how many unique visitors you are getting. One of the most important statistics to consider is how long each visitor stays on your site. For example, if you are seeing a lot of visitors that only visit one page, or stay for mere seconds, this may be indicative that you need to work on your content a bit.
One of the easiest ways to increase the length of time each visitor stays on your site, and thereby exposing them to more of your advertising and content, is to practice good deep linking. First, let’s go over the general principle of how this works. Let’s say that you were going to give someone a link to your site, when you know that they are interested in topic x. Do you give them the main page of your blog and then force them to search around for topic x, or do you point them in the direction of that exact page where they are going to find what they are looking for?
Web readers are scanners by nature, and if they are not seeing what they are interested in, they generally don’t want to take the time to hunt for it. Deep linking sends them to the exact page they are interested in, and provides them with an instant content fix. While they may not be visiting your main page right away, they are still getting the benefit of reading your content, and liking what they find.
You can take this to the next level, by practicing deep linking in each post. It is a good idea to keep a list of all the posts that you have made as well as their direct links. Anytime you write a new post that references a topic or something that you covered in one of these old posts, you can link to it.
A shortcut to this technique involves installing a plugin on your blog that will deliver related post titles at the end of each blog post you make. This is an incredibly effective way of increasing overall visit times and building up a dedicated readership.
The bottom line is, even if a reader ends up bypassing the main page at first, they will be much more likely to stay on your site if they like what they see. Try experimenting with deep linking and with related posts to see if your statistics on visit times improve. Chances are you should see a big difference in these numbers, especially over time.
Give deep linking a try today and see what kind of results you can get.

One of the best ways for a company to reach out to their customers and build a strong brand is corporate blogging. However, there are a lot of misconceptions out there and a lot of room for error. Let’s take a look at some techniques that you can use to make sure that your corporate blogging experience goes smoothly.
1. Hire the right person for the job.
Unless you have someone on your team that is familiar with how blogging works and how to handle themselves under pressure, you may want to consider hiring a professional to manage your blog for you. This is the best solution for most companies, especially since they may not have enough resources to devote to running a blog. The person that you select to run your blog should be professional but personable and they should always display grace under fire. If you don’t have anyone that fits that description, you will definitely need to get some help with blog management.
2. Use the right tools.
There are numerous blogging platforms out there that make it so much easier to run a corporate blog. However, they are not all created equal. While many companies resort to using free blog management tools, this can give the wrong impression. It is best to host your blog on your own site for several reasons. First, you’re going to want to get as much traffic to your site as possible. Using a third part blogging application does not accomplish this. Next, you don’t want to give your readers the impression that you’re too cheap to run your own blog.
There are several blogging applications that can be installed on your own server. Most are free and can be easily customized to fit your specifications. This is a much better choice and you’ll have more control over the environment.
3. Make sure you have an RSS feed ready to go.
If you are trying to run a blog without the benefit of a blogging application, you’re going to need to make sure that you have a way of syndicating your posts. Today’s blog readers rely heavily on newsreaders and RSS feeds to let them know when their favorite blogs have added new posts. If you are not using an RSS feed, you’re missing out on this enormous market.
RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication and it works by sending out a snippet of your posts to those that have subscribed to your feed. Most blogging applications contain an automatic RSS feed, but you will need to make sure that it works. We also recommend using an RSS feed manager such as Feedburner to see how many people are reading your posts. This can really help you gauge your success.
These are just three techniques that make blogging much easier. Remember, it is better to err on the side of caution and get help in managing your blog than it is to try it on your own.
